A Comfort-First Skincare Routine for Sensitive-Looking Skin

Five products, one gentler routine
The Sensitive Recovery Ritual contains the Soothing Anti-Aging Firming Cream, Anti-Aging Peptide Eye Cream, and the Wrinkle Smoothing Hydration Set. It is intentionally not a treatment-heavy routine. Each component has a simple place: hydrate, care for the eye area, then finish with cream.
Start with hydration
Apply the Hydration Set to clean skin as directed. This gives the rest of the ritual a hydrated base rather than asking you to layer several treatment ingredients at once.
Use the eye cream with a light touch
Tap a small amount around the orbital bone rather than rubbing near the eye. Using a specific eye product makes the routine easier to apply consistently and helps avoid moving face cream too close to the lash line.
Finish with the Soothing Firming Cream
Press the cream gently over the face and neck as the final layer. The goal is a routine that feels calm enough to repeat, not one that overwhelms sensitive-feeling skin. The AAD recommends testing new skincare products before applying them broadly, because active ingredients can irritate some people—especially those with sensitive skin.1
If a product causes ongoing stinging, swelling, hives, cracking, or a rash, stop use and speak with a clinician. This article helps with routine order; it does not diagnose eczema, rosacea, allergy, or another skin condition.
